David Lyle - Owner

Dave spent nine years in the Banking business before breaking out on his own by purchasing a service station. Eventually he went full time in the auto repair business. In 1987 Dave obtained a license to sell cars and founded what is now Lyle's Auto. In 1990, a location on WV state route 2 was opened and operated for the next 14 years. In 2001, the current location was opened just down the street with approximately 8000 square feet under roof. Dave's approach to auto sales has always been to make the buying process easy and taking care of the customer after the sale.
Ryan Kostur - Sales Manager

Ryan began his career at Lyle's Auto when he was just fifteen years old, some 27 years ago. Ryan started as a part-time wash boy while in high school. He continued through his college years as a detailer and eventually as a part-time sales representative. After graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1999, Ryan decided to make the car business a career. Ryan is now the Sales Manager and oversees everything in the sales department. His low pressure sales technique and commitment to customer satisfaction is indicative of the whole Lyle's Auto philosophy.
Donnie Layburn - Sales

Known to nearly everyone as "BIG DON", Donnie has been with Lyle's Auto for over 30 years. He was there at the very beginning when a large inventory was 10 cars. Donnie spent most of his adult life in the steel industry, but has been a "car guy" since he was a little boy. Donnie's product knowledge will rival nearly anyone in the business. His laid back approach to selling cars makes all of his customer's instantly comfortable. Stop by and find out why "BIG DON" is still in the car business.
Bryan Lyle - Sales/Purchasing

Bryan began working in the family business when he was 14. He has washed cars, swept floors and emptied trash. Bryan spent several years in detail where he learned the real meaning of a clean vehicle. He eventually began attending auctions and is now the dealerships primary buyer and appraiser. When he is not on the road, Bryan is also a sales representative at the store. Bryan's knowledge of the automobile market is rarely seen in someone his age. If you're looking for something not in our current inventory Bryan can usually find it.

His main goal is to make sure his customers are comfortable and happy when leaving the dealership.
