I began my New Vehicle Search on Monday, 7.9. I had purchased my last 2 vehicles at Lyles, but widened my search to include a larger car dealership in Pittsburgh, as this time I had ONE particular Make and Model in mind. I should have just stayed with Lyles. After the typical Car Dealership runaround at the Huge Dealership in Pittsburgh, I checked online at Lyles Latest updated inventory. They didn't have THE Vehicle I was looking for either; but RYAN'S Bio said that if they didn't HAVE the Vehicle on the lot, he'd try to FIND it. OK, I thought - I'll take him up on this offer. I called him and told him EXACTLY what I was looking for. Well, in 3 DAYS - on Thursday, 7.12 - i was driving MY new vehicle off of Lyles lot, with the deal DONE. EXACTLY the vehicle i wanted. At a BETTER PAYMENT than the vehicle I traded in! I have seen both sides of the Automotive Dealership experience. The TYPICAL Dealership that's just out to MOVE their product, whether it's the deal, price, or vehicle you really had in mind . And LYLES - who strives to put you in the vehicle that you really want, at a fair price. NEXT TIME I'M IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW RIDE - I WILL GO NO FURTHER THAN LYLES! THE BEST at what they do!
