I began my New Vehicle Search on Monday, 7.9. I had purchased my last 2 vehicles at Lyles, but widened my search to include a larger car dealership in Pittsburgh, as this time I had ONE particular Make and Model in mind. I should have just stayed with Lyles. After the typical Car Dealership runaround at the Huge Dealership in Pittsburgh, I checked online at Lyles Latest updated inventory. They didn't have THE Vehicle I was looking for either; but RYAN'S Bio said that if they didn't HAVE the Vehicle on the lot, he'd try to FIND it. OK, I thought - I'll take him up on this offer. I called him and told him EXACTLY what I was looking for. Well, in 3 DAYS - on Thursday, 7.12 - i was driving MY new vehicle off of Lyles lot, with the deal DONE. EXACTLY the vehicle i wanted. At a BETTER PAYMENT than the vehicle I traded in! I have seen both sides of the Automotive Dealership experience. Dave and his staff are the best! I have purchased several quality vehicles from Lyles over the years and have been taken care of from the first vehicle to the last. Any issue the vehicle had before and after the purchase was taken care of by the excellent staff in the service department. If one of their top notch ASE Certified Mechanics cannot fix the problem, or if your vehicle is still under a factory warranty, you are given a car while yours is taken to a dealer of that make's service department. What other used car dealer does that? If they dont have what you want, and and they'll find it for you. It will undoubtedly be a quality vehicle that is worthy of their reputation. I have never had an issue with any vehicle purchased from Lyles. Currently both of my Acura's and Cadillac were bought from Lyles. The Cadillac was a car that I initially looked at but somehow decided on a truck. Shortly after owning the truck a problem was discovered that neither of us noticed prior to the purchase. I was unsatisfied with the issue and without any hassle, Dave bought the truck back. He also gave me an unbelievable deal on the Cadillac. Again...what other used car dealer out there does that? Don't waste your time. Stop and see the guys at Lyle's. The one time that I didn't I did nothing but regret it. Their hassle free sales approach and value for their reputation is second to none!

I can't say enough about the professionalism of Chris Hatala. He responded quickly and answered all of my questions. He did not make me feel like I was buying a car from the typical car salesman. He gave me facts and didn't try to push me into anything. He was very easy to work with. I have been taking my vehicles to Lyles's for service for years and will continue to do so. Everyone I talk to, from Dave Lancaster (one of THE BEST MECHANICS I've every met), to the gentlemen that work the desk, to those that detail the cars, is very friendly, courteous and they do not "talk down" to you. They will also spend as much time as needed to explain the problem and repair until you understand. Although I take my vehicles only to Lyle's I have called other places out of curiosity, for an estimate on both TAT and pricing, and have found that they're in line with most other repair shops; at times notably less expensive with a quicker TAT. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend Lyle's to everyone.
